แพทย์หญิงสร้อยเพชร วีระไวทยะ จบการศึกษาแพทย์ศาสตร์บัณฑิตจากโรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี จากนั้นได้ปฏิบัติงานเป็นแพทย์เวชปฏิบัติทั่วไปที่โรงพยาบาลธรรมศาสตร์เฉลิมพระเกียรติ ก่อนที่จะฝึกเข้าอบรมแพทย์เฉพาะทางด้านสูติศาสตร์-นรีเวชวิทยา ที่โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี
จากนั้นแพทย์หญิงสร้อยเพชรได้ศึกษาต่อทางด้านการดูแลป้องกันและฟื้นฟูสุขภาพ และได้รับ American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM) จากชิคาโกประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา หลังจากนั้นจึงได้ศึกษาเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับการใช้ฮอร์โมนทดแทนจากธรรมชาติ (Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy) จากสถาบันเดียวกัน และศึกษาต่อเนื่องเกี่ยวกับการให้วิตามินทางหลอดเลือด (Intravenous Nutrition Therapy) จากประเทศออสเตรเลีย ปัจจุบันแพทย์หญิงสร้อยเพชรเป็นแพทย์ผู้ชำนาญการด้านการดูแลป้องกันและฟื้นฟูสุขภาพ ประจำคลินิกดูแลป้องกันและฟื้นฟูสุขภาพ Royal Life Anti-Aging Center โรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพ เชี่ยวชาญการดูแลคนไข้ในกลุ่มที่มีปัญหาด้านฮอร์โมน ผู้หญิงวัยหมดประจำเดือน และรวมถึงการดูแลภาวะโภชนาการของคนไข้อีกด้วย
